Audio / Visual Technician
The Audio Visual Technician will work directly with our Marketing and Brand Manager to assist in the recording and editing of podcasts, videos, and other marketing materials. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and repairs for the production tools used for content creation. These tools include microphones, cameras, lighting, and sound-mixing equipment. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for editing and producing both video and audio files using various software. The final content will be posted to social media, our firm’s website, and our YouTube channel. Additionally, this position may involve fulfilling other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate for our Audio Visual Technician position will have industry-related experience in video editing, experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred. A schedule that can accommodate 2-3 days each week of availability is ideal, but we are willing to have a flexible schedule for the right candidate (hours available between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday). This position will primarily work in our Marietta office with the potential to work certain hours remotely. This position may also allow for internship and/or course credit with certain colleges.
