Client Service Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with our team of financial advisors to provide administrative and operational support, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage client review schedules in collaboration with planning teams, and proactively contact clients to coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and complete relevant tasks for client review meetings, ensuring thorough meeting preparation and timely follow-up.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients, including handling account openings, and managing various financial transactions such as journals, wires, ACAT transfers, and RMDs.
- Collaborate with the investment team on tasks related to cash management in client accounts.
- Maintain accuracy in the CRM database to ensure proper data management.
- Address and respond promptly to client service requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years with administrative experience– Financial Services experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience using DocuSign or similar
- Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the highest standards of excellence
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work
- Track record of professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management
