Office Assistant

The Office assistant will provide basic administrative tasks to support the Wiser office that include scanning and filing documents, mailing paperwork, answering phones and greeting guests. He/she will also be responsible for stocking refreshments and ordering office supplies. Other administrative tasks and projects will be assigned as needed. This position requires attention to detail and organizational skills. This person should have excellent computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office. Previous office experience is preferred. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
