We calculate our Client Satisfaction percentage based on client feedback results from a satisfaction survey. Our clients receive this survey after each annual review meeting.

We calculate our Client Retention percentage based on assets under management (AUM) clients over the last 5 years. Our formula for determining this number is:
(total number of AUM clients - number of AUM clients lost) / (total number of AUM clients)
Then, we take the average of those 5 numbers to calculate our average over the 5 year period.
