Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management
  • Produce compelling content for various marketing channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and client communications
  • Maintain editorial calendar to ensure consistent content delivery
  • Manage the podcast producer and oversee podcast production schedule, content planning, and quality control
  • Design visual content using Canva for social media and marketing materials
Digital Marketing
  • Manage and grow social media presence across Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools
  • Monitor and optimize website content for SEO and user experience
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors for design, printing, and promotional materials
  • Work hand in hand with the Director of Marketing to develop brand strength awareness
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Execute client appreciation and team building events
  • Coordinate and manage various sponsorships
  • Manage event budgets and vendor relationships
Compliance & Administrative
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with financial industry regulations and company policies
  • Work closely with compliance team to obtain necessary approvals
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, email marketing, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Canva for creating professional marketing materials and visual content
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing abilities
  • Experience managing vendors or contractors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Basic understanding of investment and financial planning concepts
  • Experience with podcast production, management, and content strategy
  • Photography or video editing skills
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing or related areas
