FTX Fallout in Your Portfolio
Recently the crypto exchange FTX filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. The FTX fallout is crazy in the crypto world, but does it affect your portfolio? It’s a big mess at the moment, but the short answer is no. Here at Wiser, we don’t invest in crypto in client portfolios, however, many of our clients do own crypto. When investing in crypto, it is important to do it from a secure platform like Coinbase or something more stable. The FTX fallout hasn’t affected our portfolios or the larger market. It is only affecting the crypto world at the moment. This case shows the need for crypto regulation in the US.
