When it comes to investing, there are a lot of rules, but what is the number one rule? Ultimately, assuming everything is good in your portfolio, the number one rule would be to have patience. Investing takes patience and time. If you look right now, we’re in a volatile market, but the key is to stay patient and wait it out. If you’re thinking about investing in the new year, think about the S&P 500 and being patient.
