Vanguard Releases 2022 Market Analysis

Vanguard released their 2022 market analysis recently. Vanguard expects US large cap stocks to be up 3.2% in 2022. Vanguard sees lower inflation by the end of 2022. They also believe wages will continue to increase and that housing will stay higher as well. They think that foreign, small cap, and value stocks here in the US are fairly valued. They see low interest rates and low returns going forward for bonds, but still a positive rate of return. Over the next decade, Vanguard forecasts lower returns. Being invested in US large cap stocks and US short term treasuries inside your portfolio will help you weather a storm if and when it comes. Watch this video for a summary of Vanguard’s 2022 market analysis, performance and stock market predictions. Do you agree with Vanguard’s market analysis in 2022?
